Ooh. Surfed in via the J/D Ficathon and found a really refreshing take on Quantum Mirror fics. I'm quite partial to QM fics, but sometimes it seems as if everything's been done at least once. Can't say as I've seen this before, so kudos for an original take. :-)
And the angst... Yikes! I must say my heart dropped to my stomach there for a minute when I, thankfully mistakenly, had the suspicion that our Daniel would make the ultimate sacrifice and leave with the others so that universe's Daniel could stay with that universe's Charlie in our universe. Is it very wrong of me to believe our Jack having our Daniel is better than his having that other Charlie? That all is the way it should be in both universes? Just because they have the same DNA doesn't mean they're the same people or make 'em interchangeable.
