Ok, I have been working on delayed gratification lately...and I absolutely cannot go read any sid!fic until I have 5 more resume's sent out and 4 online applications posted.
So, now that I have a goal I need to go and DO IT.
Oh, you're being so good! I went to a job fair yesterday, and collapsed completely when I got home. Am trying to ignore the whole thing today (and succeeding). I should be posting resumes online and making phone calls, too.
"I don't care who's shooting at us! I must have you now!!" Oh the fic potential... ;-)
And OMG, write me a nice long sub!Jack fic sometime coz I've drained the barrel dry so much on new fic that I'm re-reading a whole load of old fic and am reading SGA fic too now, even though I've only seen 8 eps sp far! LOL It's like a fix I badly need ;-)
Eug, jobs suck. I hate looking for work... though mine's always trying to find a job for 2-3 months in the summer, which is hard as people don't want anyone that short a time. But then people can't find fulltime jobs as well... so yeah, jobs suck. Especially as they eat all your fun time.
And sometime is good ;-) Least you're a better writer than me in that I never seem to finish fics *g* And that reminds me, I was re-reading that one you've been posting to your LJ lately last night, but my comp rebooted itself sometime in the night and I lost all my webpages I had open...
