More Things That Number Five, PG-13, SG-1, SGA, U.N.C.L.E.

Sometimes the Five Things flow, and sometimes they do not.  I had a request from starting_gate for "Five times Spock called Kirk Jim, not Captain."  K/S!  The fathers of all things slashy!!  And I just couldn't come up with anything.  *hangs head*  If any of you who are reading this would like to toss out a thing or 2 or more in the comment section for her, I'd be grateful.  *looks grateful*
