We have lots of leftovers! Come on over! There's some curried split pea soup, too. I'm so proud of trying new recipes - and having them turn out delicious.

3) I don't think I've ever tried peaches with rosemary - could be interesting.

We didn't do the corn muffins, so that eliminates the first six ingredients and the instructions appertaining thereunto. ;-) Oh, and we served it with Sauvignon Blanc, if you're into wine and food pairings.
And the recipe actually calls for leftover chicken that was roasted, with salt and pepper, for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. It's Robin Miller's shtick -- "morphing" items from one meal into another one later in the week.
So glad you enjoyed my experimental fic, squee!! :-D
