1. The Ladies silver medallist at the U.S. National Figure Skating Championships is a 10th grader at Cheyenne Mountain High School in Colorado Springs.
2. Last Friday's episode of Atlantis was totally a fanfic.
3. Roasted chicken with fennel, red onion, rosemary and peaches is heavenly.*
4. Ditto for roasted cauliflower with pancetta and parmesan.*

Date: Jan. 28th, 2008 07:54 pm (UTC)We didn't do the corn muffins, so that eliminates the first six ingredients and the instructions appertaining thereunto. ;-) Oh, and we served it with Sauvignon Blanc, if you're into wine and food pairings.
And the recipe actually calls for leftover chicken that was roasted, with salt and pepper, for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. It's Robin Miller's shtick -- "morphing" items from one meal into another one later in the week.
