Shhh... I'm anti-vegetables... My partner is a chef and finds new and interesting ways to cook them to make me eat them. Roasting is always a plus - it's a whole different flavor.

I read in a magazine years ago that cutting the veggies up very, very small is a good way to start eating more of them. I tried it and it worked for me. I probably eat five times more veggies now than I used to, and no longer need to chop them into bitty pieces. :-)

(but I'm still working on fruit, lol)
