FANTASY 

If I close my eyes, it’s his hand touching me, not my own.

I know what it’s like to be held in his arms. I’ve felt their strength; I know his scent.

I’ve seen him naked, in the showers. I don’t stare, but I see. I picture him now, and my hips surge off the bed.

His brown eyes are looking into mine. I’ve seen them look at me in admiration, in anger. Laughing. Concerned. I’ve seen warmth there that makes my spine melt.

I moan. My hand moves faster.

Warmth, but never passion.

Guess he saves that for Daniel.

There was no doubt in my mind that it was Sam, because you know, fun's fun, and separate showers are All Very Well, but we know (in 'Broca Divide' just for example) that they've been in the same shower room together (because the SGC didn't get separate shower rooms for several months to a year after the project was up and running, and there are times when there are Shower Emergencies.) So I'm pretty sure that Sam has seen Jack naked in the shower, because (*deep sigh*) he sees her as Just One Of The Guys. At least in this universe. *g*

Can't be Mitchell, because Jack wouldn't be around.

Can't be Teal'c, because he wouldn't call 'Daniel', 'Daniel' and the voice is much too informal.

Gotta be Sam.

Poor Sam....

And because of the whole being-held-in-his-arms bit. Although Teal'c would fit that. But, yeah, the voice doesn't fit Teal'c.

At least Sam knows it's a fantasy. TPTB haven't figured it out yet!

I'm undecided in so many ways. I love True Romance, and I know what pairing TPTB want us to believe in, but I can't see Jack (or Sam) being an idiot and pursuing it. And I love Teh Slash *g*, and I dunno (maybe it's the heat) but it always seems as if J/D is more logically presented in fic even if it's more RW unlikely. Is it because we see more on-screen chemistry there? *puzzles*

I do love the boys and how you write them, so yeah: your Sam definitely knows it's a fantasy! Which is cool....

Oh, I have no problem with het and True Romance, and all that. But I don't see it with Sam and Jack. At ALL.

Jack and Daniel share a lot of agonizing moments on-screen, and fun moments, too. The banter, the touching. Chemistry. Biology. Everything but astrophysics. ;-)
