Oh this is excellent! I love how, ultimately, it's so simple.

“Okay.” Jack cleared his throat. “Better than okay, if we’re lucky.” He waggled his eyebrows.

Daniel smiled, slow and surprisingly nasty. “Here’s hoping.” He wriggled against Jack.
