Does anyone happen to know what the weapons are called that the Ori troops use?

What are Tomin and his buddies shooting at us with?

I believe that is the Fiery Spork O'Retribution. I could, of course, be wrong...

I don't think they have a name, beyond "staff weapons since we're too uncreative to change our alien weapon paradigm this late in the game".

The Stargate Wiki article (http://www.stargate-sg1-solutions.com/wiki/Ori_Army#Equipping_the_Army</a) calls them staff weapons, but I don't think they're ever named in the show.

Yeah, I think that was a matter of "we've gotta name them something to refer to them" The show never names them. Silly show.
