there are a bunch of files here too. for a couple of mornings straight, i killed like 12 of them each day. now there are these big horse fly things & i've killed like 8 in the past few days! ugh!
The up-side is that I'm not afraid of flies, unlike so many other nasty insects! There were just so dang many of them. All peaceful so far today. *crosses fingers*
It's like "The Killer of Seven" (the tailor in the fairy tale who had that engraved on a breastplate when he killed seven flies at a blow, and then the king was like, great, you can help us kill this giant who's been giving us grief, and then Mr Tailor has to use his BRAINS.)
