copperbadge's Radio Free Monday. I don't know this person, but their goal is small and do-able if enough people can chip in $5 or so. It's a good time of year to give, and a terrible time to be close to disaster.
wldcatsprstr_14, who writes fanfiction for Merlin, has to move by the end of the year. S/he'd gotten three weeks behind on rent and is being evicted. S/he's acquired a second job, but won't be receiving a paycheck from them for another week or so, and that money will be needed to pay the back rent. S/he's sure s/he'll be all right once s/he's out of the red, settled in a new place, and receiving two paychecks, but needs a bit of help right now. S/he's 37% of the way to hir goal of raising $700.
