You helped a great deal! But even after discussing it all with you, and choosing a path of sorts, Jack ended up writing most of it for me. Also, I was just looking back today at the words Rex said to him, and mentally rearranging them until it was about Jack's time at the SGC being past, and missing his kids, and after passively accepting being lonely in D.C., choosing to make a change. Layers, baby! :-)
