PUPPET LOVE 

"Puppets? Tell me you're kidding."

"No, it was actually discussed. As sort of an 'alternate reality' possibility," Daniel replied, gesturing.

"Puppets."

"Yes, Jack. Puppets. I'm sorry I even brought it up." Daniel rolled his eyes.

Jack stepped closer. "So. Did puppet-me get puppet-wood when he saw puppet-you?"

Daniel's lips twitched, and his dimples began to show. "Oh, I'm sure he did."

"And I'm pretty sure that puppet-Daniel did." Jack slid an arm around Daniel's waist, smiling.

Daniel nodded. "And then he said to puppet-Jack, 'I think the two of us should get together...'"

They finished in unison. "'No strings attached.'"
