I don't think they can actually put themselves in our shoes (standing in a long line, forking over dough, getting all excited), but they really do want to make it worth our while. They're good people, and they know what's good for business, and they don't wanna be bored to death themselves! Human interaction, baby. It's what all the rebels are into now. *g*
