Jack didn't kiss Alt!Sam with the love her husband felt for her, or in the way she was used to being kissed by him.
I cannot imagine things working out for our Jack and the alternate Daniel, if our Daniel (Jack's Daniel) left. I think they'd establish a friendship of sorts, but it wouldn't satisfy either one of them. God, they'd need therapy!
