They stepped through the gate into a field of wildflowers. Sam looked around with delight, half-smiling, anticipating the first sneeze. But, of course, it didn’t come, and her face fell.
Teal’c, seeing this, knew just what had happened. His eyes were soft and wistful as they scanned the riot of color that stretched to the horizon.
O’Neill glanced at the man to his left, then kicked sullenly at a blossom of brilliant violet hue, sending its petals scattering into the breeze. “Carter, take Teal’c and check out that ridge. We‘ll meet up on the other side.”
“Quinn, you’re with me.”

As for the AF Colonels...
"I had a pet monkey once," Daniel said, looking at Jack.
