After a completely wasted day, I feel the need to make certain that tomorrow is more productive.  So I'm going to take some prompts.  I'll take 4 each on LJ and DW.  Anything in the Stargate universe (except Stargate Universe!) is good.

Except Jack/Sam.

I think most of us have had that night. Not so much the dishes smashing or finding out the man we want has someone else, but feeling a dream you just *knew* would come true, die. I remember when my marriage broke up feeling like I had to "rewrite" my future and that was so very hard to deal with.

And you illustrated in a way that kept Sam human and real and honestly emotional rather than emo. Good job.

That is so true. I'm finding myself right in the middle of that very thing at the moment.

I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's hell. If it's any consolation, it *does* get better. Almost 15 years down the road and while some things never go away, they do fade and you're able to put them into perspective. Just hang in there.

Perfection. And a wonderful service to mankind by getting rid of butt-ugly antique china. :o)

It would make a perfect wedding present.
oh, that might've come out mean. I didn't mean it to. I was thinking, you know, years down the road...well adjusted...finally got a life.

They'd never understand how significant a gesture it was, but we would. ::poke poke::
