Yay, kitchen appliances. We recently bought a new blender and a stand mixer, and got to use them both during Passover cooking. I like machinery.

I've never owned a blender before! I have a tiny little food processor, but now I can make soup and smoothies and, I don't know, frozen daquiris or something. :-)

We had this ancient blender, but it stopped working and we replaced it with this shiny chrome thing.

Nope. I attended a couple of Highlander conventions back in the day, but nothing since I got into the Stargate fandom. :-(
