and watched President Obama's motorcade heading downtown for a Town Hall meeting.

ETA: I've been on the stage he'll be speaking from. The Symphony Orchestra performed there when I was a member back in my teens.

In a tangentally related aside, my then-ten-year-old son went on a White House tour during the Shrub years. He reported that he saw "Our Evil Overlord" today. Apparently Mr. Bush waved to them from his car on the way out.
