Where's the fic? Why should Cam have to NOT suffer?

cm_tropefic and cm_tropefic are dedicated to righting the wrong that's been done by not doing wrong to poor late-comer Cam Mitchell. Poor guy. Never been possessed by a Goa'uld, never had sex with an Unas or been infested with nanites.

You can help put that right! Sign-ups are open at the LJ comm until August 5th for the Second Annual Cam Mitchell Trope Ficathon. 1000 word stories (gen, het, slash, poly) are due Nov. 2nd and can be posted to either LJ or DW on that date. All that's asked is that Cam be the main character and be affected by the trope (others can be affected, too.) Pick one of the prompts or request something you've thought of yourself! Or ask for a prompt to be assigned to you, if you can't decide.

Hee! 'Cause, um, it was a breeze relearning how to walk after that Antarctica battle; stranded with Jaffa warriors, pfft; and the memory-machine mindfuck that almost got him executed was no biggie. Phase shifted, Reol device undercover, bounty hunted, alternate timeline death, Replicator battle mano a mano—kid stuff. He hasn't died and come back! The true SG-1 test. :D

But that's canon. It's high time the fanfic writers get their grubby paws on him and go Old Skool on his behind! Put him in jammies, get him pregnant, have the whole base think he's doing one of his team. Now that's what I'm talkin' about!

Hee! Jammies!fic has already been claimed, I find, but that should not stop you from independently doling out whatever crack!fic comes to mind! (Baby blue, cyan, powder blue....)

My prompt is "hypothermia". Which I suppose might have resulted from wearing flimsy, skimpy jammies. ;-)

Only when he's been zatted, possessed by snake-like thingies, addicted, chained up, dragged through Vancouver-type woodland, ribbon-deviced, hurled against a wall by an ex-girlfriend, Priorised and died and died and died again, can he truly be a paid-up member of SG-1.
