(Since this made it into the Wordle, I figured I might as well share it. *g*)

Daniel pushed up to his knees and crawled backwards off the bed. He started stripping.

“Best idea you’ve ever had,” Jack said as he dropped his hands to his belt.

Daniel paused in what he was doing to watch as Jack worked his zipper down, tooth by agonizing tooth…. “Oh, you bastard,” Daniel whispered as he had to turn away and get a grip on himself, literally.

“What?” Jack asked innocently.

It was a new kind of teasing. They’d been tormenting each other for years and now there were suddenly entirely new avenues to explore. Daniel wasn’t sure what it said about their relationship that he found the whole idea arousing.

When he climbed back onto the bed, they were facing each other, on their sides.

“So do you like the sheets?” Jack asked.

Daniel rubbed his cheek against the pillow and slid his legs back and forth. Jack reached for his hand and pulled it into the space between their bodies, dragging Daniel’s fingertips down the surface of the sheet. It was blissfully soft and sensuously smooth. Jack pulled his hand further down, down… warmth and wetness grazed his knuckles.

“Jack,” Daniel gasped.

Jack released him, bringing his hand up to cup Daniel’s face.

Daniel fumbled, found a grip on Jack and held on, rubbing with his thumb.

Jack leaned in and kissed him, deep and hard. Rolled onto him. Their hands, cramped and crowded, worked together to bring their erections into alignment and then pulled free. Jack propped himself on his elbows and began to move his hips. No shimmy this time around. Purposeful, dead-on-target thrusts.

Daniel put his hands on Jack’s buttocks and felt the power of the muscles working smoothly under his palms. He slid his own thighs a little further apart and got his heels dug in and rocked his pelvis. Even better. It was like that small degree of movement unlocked something inside him, the coiling pleasure in the pit of his stomach taking on new intensity.

Jack was panting in his ear and his thrusts were getting rougher.

“So good, Jack,” Daniel urged, encouraged.

Jack growled.

“Oh, God!” Daniel moaned. “Make that noise again!” His hands clutched at Jack desperately as he lifted one bent leg off the bed and pressed it against Jack’s side.

Jack growled again, lust shining in his eyes.

Daniel shook all over and came with a hoarse shout. Jack continued to drive against him. Daniel held him tightly, pressed up against him, came some more. Sank into the mattress. Held Jack more loosely, stroking his sweat-slick back lazily, reeling with pleasure and sensation.

Jack was muttering something Daniel couldn’t understand for the blood pounding in his ears, but his facial expression was easy enough to read. “Come on, Jack,” Daniel said in a voice he barely recognized as his own. “Come on.”

Jack’s jaw sagged, his breath hitched, his eyes closed. His neck arched back. He came with a snort that made Daniel think of a stallion and shiver at the thought. His body folded down onto Daniel’s like a collapsing accordion.

They were trembling together. Salt from Jack’s skin moistened Daniel’s lips. He wrapped his arms around Jack tenderly and never wanted to let go. “Jack,” he whispered. Someone had to be the first to say it.

“Hmm?”

“I love your sheets.”

He felt Jack stiffen. His head came up; he searched Daniel’s face.

Daniel smiled and swallowed. Gave a small nod.

Watched Jack's eyes fill with joy.
