Really, I will do it (Stargate con report)

Sorry there hasn't been any kind of a con report from me, but I've been so far behind on Life In General. First I had company during the Olympics, then I was sick (and there was still the Olympics), then I was getting ready for the con - at the con - recovering from the con...and getting ready to go out of town again this weekend!

But I will definitely eke out a report of whatever my brain has retained when I get the chance. Meanwhile, if any of you have links to reports by other people, those will help jog my mind!

Hey, I just received a very belated Christmas gift = Patrick O'Brian's Navy! :-)

Christmas 2011. My friend's sisters sent me gifts that have been sitting in her basement all these months, because I was out of town at Christmas time, so she forgot to give them to me until now!

She should have waited until Christmas 2012. Only a few more months to go! ;D

This weekend's trip to see a play was also a Christmas present,, so I got three, and I still owe her and her husband a nice dinner for Christmas. Hopefully we'll get caught up before December rolls around and makes us start all over again, lol.

Ah! Well, it is good to have nice things spread over the year. :) When do you think you will be able to hand out your invitiation? You only have four months to go.

I brought the subject up and we've settled on a restaurant. Now we just need to settle on a date and time. I imagine we'll do it next month. :-)
