Why you should always sleep on it....

It's way too early in the morning! I have a lot of sleep to catch up on. But, anyway...
I went to bed last night, too tired to try to finish up Part Four, even though there is only one scene left to write. I didn't have an approach worked out, and my brain was too tired to come up with one.
I woke up just over an hour ago, and realized that I still didn't have an approach in mind. And then my half-awake brain came up with an idea that is So Perfect that I can hardly believe it.
Now I just have to wake up a little bit more, and try to write it in such a way that I can retain some of that wonderful sense of symmetry and closure. I've been getting such great feedback from people on the entire series, that I would hate for the ending to be anti-climactic. *haha*

Date: Jan. 12th, 2006 08:04 pm (UTC)Only it occurs to me that 'Daniel had been up to something' several times, and even though it's the approach that was troubling you, you probably want to avoid outright repetition. And Daniel taking care of things, setting stuff up without Jack having to think about it ought to be hot... (Totally think it has been, btw. and the symmetry? FANTASTIC.)
Are you going to post here? Or at least post links to the archives? *bounces*
