Well, I feel silly

sidIt's 3 pm, and the temperature has been slowly dropping all afternoon, whereas it was spectacularly nice this morning. My doors and windows have been open all day.
I was just dusting in the living room, and as I wiped my cloth down the side of a cabinet, I felt a noticable warmth on my arm. Because that's where the register is. And BECAUSE THE FURNACE HAD KICKED ON.
I turned the thermostat down, because it's still too nice a day to close things up yet. *g*
