'Cloud Nine', PG Jack/Daniel drabble

Explanation is under the cut.

Daniel adjusted the lamp and bent over. His hands were sure as he used the tool he held with painstaking care. Satisfied, he laid it down and picked up another. This one he wielded with rapid but controlled movements, pausing occasionally to blow away fine particles that collected. Lastly, he poured oil into his palm and applied it, fingers gliding over contours, face flushed with pleasure.

“Other one,” he said huskily.

Jack lowered his left foot into the warm, vibrating footbath and lifted his right, dripping with bubbles. Daniel enveloped it in a soft towel and began to rub blissfully.

Well, when _minxy_ read Matinee, my NC-17 Cameron/Daniel story, she pointed out that Daniel seemed to have a bit of a foot fetish.  A later conversation went as follows:

Minx: "Heeeeeee, foot fetish. Daniel totally knows he has one, but Cameron hasn't quite clued in yet. When he does, he'll totally go for manly pedicures any time he wants to seduce Daniel."

Sid: "Hmm. Perhaps Daniel likes giving pedicures?" *eg* 

Voila!  Daniel's secret kink, now with added OTP!

*goes to happy place*

*comes back from happy place long enough to add: "Title suggestions, anyone?"*

I can't come up with a title off hand, but I just realized it should be part of a series: A Kink A Day. ;-)

Think you could do a kink drabble a day for some flist specified period of time? I'd probably settle for a week's worth. ;-)

As for the whole foot thing, just *EW*! Feet are, as someone once had one of the guys say: so feety. ;-)

It's a sign of how close they must be, that Daniel could even have the conversation with Jack that led to this!

But what's not to love? Jack gets a nice soothing soak, a footrub and pedicure, makes Daniel very happy, and I'm guessing teh hawt sexxin' is next on the agenda. ;-)

Well, not that I can speak from experience, but I would guess that someone who likes getting foot massages and such might make noises that the person doing that rubbing might find, ummm rather erotic and kind of a turn on...and it makes them harder than rock...or something. *looks terribly innocent here*

Title suggestion: 'Leisure Pursuits' or a variation of it. (Or it could be a title for your weekly kink stories; really, one a day would be just too demanding.)

Hee, I remember that manicure story! I was wondering if Daniel would finish by doing Jack's fingernails, and I thought of that story, lol.

I'm still puzzling over a title - lots of good suggestions, but nothing that just jumps out and SHOUTS at me, you know? Yet I want a title on this baby before I crosspost.

For me, a daily anything on LJ sounds impossible! I haven't had two minutes to rub together for ages. You're much better at coming up with ideas, too; so if anyone could do it, it'd be you!

I still have 3 prompts left to write and haven't been able to come up with anything yet. And I only have 8 hours to get one done if I want to adhere to the Kink A Day concept, oh noes!
