sid4 to 7 inches of snow are expected to fall between 3 pm Monday and 3 pm Tuesday.
THEN the blizzard hits.
Another 15 to 21 inches expected into Wednesday evening.
Oh, look! The sun is going to shine on Thursday!
Friday, Saturday, Sunday... more snow.

Date: Feb. 3rd, 2011 07:52 pm (UTC)Things are a bit better. The house is back to normal temperature and some neighbors helped dig my car out. Only half of my sidewalk got snowblown, though. Maybe my neighbor ran out of gas? But the mailman managed to get to me somehow today, so I think a path has been trodden down around the big drift. Legally I'm responsible for getting the sidewalk cleared, but I can't possibly do it myself, especially after it froze solid overnight.
I refuse to worry about it. The worst thing that can happen is that the city arranges to have it cleared and I have to pay for it. And the city has enough other problems that I don't think they'd get around to me for awhile!
