Spock is definitely about to have snow trickling down inside his collar any second....

And in the process he'll learn about the 'packability' factor of snow, which was never covered in any of the classes he took!

We had snow again this morning and a hefty dollop of black ice.

We're having such an unusually warm spell that I have to wade through shoe-top high water to get to my car, thanks to all the blizzard snow that's melting now.

I think at the moment, I would rather have the water. Ice on the motorway is not my idea of having a safe 300miles trip.

Thank you, that is what I hope too. Anyway, I have put aside blankets and will make a flask or two of hot tea...and I will fill up on petrol too.
