BRITTLE

Bend, don’t break.  Don’t let them see how close...

 

Bone-exhausted.  But there’s no rest.  Don’t break.  There’s still…

 

Daniel deserves a medal.  If I live long enough…

 

Don’t.  I will live, and I’ll make sure...

 

Most days, he’s the only thing standing between us and death, and I know it if nobody else does.  I see what it does to him, one piece of his soul at a time.  I knew he had courage, but I never realized how much. 

 

Or how much I love him.

 

We haven’t seen him for three days now.  He’s all alone with that monster.

I love angst and h/c. I have been known to read the occasional dark!fic as well! So, yeah, I guess I do like the doom and gloom.
